At Kidichic, we want you to love every piece your little ones wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all Kidichic tags attached. Ensure the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
